Legendary Variety Editor Peter Bart Slams Fulbright & Jaworski Lawyer for Suing The Vandals

In this fake encounter, J. Paul Williamson is at first pleasantly surprised by the visit from the legend of Hollywood Journalism Peter Bart. Things start to change however when Williamson has to explain the ridiculous waste of money used to destroy a punk band over the use of a font on an album discontinued in 2004. The Vandals, representing themselves in Delaware Federal Court, recently beat this law firm with over 900 lawyers in it in round one. The Federal Judge ruled that Variety (and parent company Reed Elsevier) were nuts to think it was fair to sue the Vandals in Delaware. He granted the Vandals motion and transferred it to California. But it’s not over. Why were they sued in Delaware? To burden them in a game of extortion disguised as the “legal system.” If you don’t pay these thugs, they will make things very “difficult” for you until you do pay. For more info please go to www.vandals.com and read it all and see the other videos. And please help spread this video around. With your help, we can beat these bullies.

  1. EXCELLENT !!! Variety’s suit against the Vandals can only create bad publicity for Variety ……. Variety sucks !! Censorship sucks !! This sorta reminds me of when Harley Davidson attempted to sue the Japanese motorcycle industries over their engine exhaust sounds. Harley finally caved in, six years after initiating complaints.
